A Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) with seven years of experience in personal training and nutrition coaching, Ash holds a BA in Neuroscience and is a graduate of the Manhattan School of Music’s pre-college division. She has previously taught at SoulCycle and Barry’s Bootcamp.
