
Sierra Baker
Sierra was raised in Washington, D.C. and began her athletic journey as a competitive swimmer at the age of five. She went on to compete at the Division I level for four years at Rice University while earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After college, Sierra transitioned into the world of functional fitness and endurance sports-competing in amateur boxing, becoming a two-time HYROX champion, and representing at the HYROX World Championships. She is currently training for her first 70.3 Ironman Triathlon. With over six years of experience in the fitness industry, Sierra has coached athletes across a wide range of sports, training disciplines, and experience levels. Her coaching philosophy blends community, empowerment, and discipline-creating a high-energy environment that challenges individuals to break through mental and physical barriers. Sierra is deeply passionate about helping others unlock their potential and is committed to cultivating a champion’s mindset.
