How long is a Pack class?

50 minutes of rotating strength, cardio, and preparedness drills.

Do I need experience to join?

Absolutely not. ZERO experience necessary

Will I spar or make contact?

No. All striking is solo using the BOB, Body Opponent Bag.

What should I bring?

Just sneakers and athletic wear. We have quick wraps (which are required for class) and water available for purchase.

Can I reschedule my class?

Yes — 12-hour cancellation notice applies.
